Delivery Times

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are posted within 24 hours of your order being received. If for some reason we are out of stock, we will contact you first and either issue a refund, or the goods will be dispatched as soon as received from supplier.

International Deliveries

We are currently only able to supply goods to mainland UK through our website. If you live outside mainland UK please contact us via email or telephone (see Contact Us page).

Privacy Policy

Riderwear conforms to all Data Protection agreements including the Data Protection Act, 1988. We reserve the right to retain email addresses and customer details for marketing purposes, should you wish to be excluded from this, please email us. We will not send or release your details to companies that will send unsolicited or irrelevant emails (spam). Any cookies that are used to track your purchases expire once you close your browser.

Our website contains descriptions of products that we deem fair and appropriate at the time of uploading to the web. We reserve the right to change any descriptions and add/remove products without notice. All products are represented as best possible on the website and every effort is made to ensure accuracy.

All Returns should first be approved by us. Please contact us on the telephone number or email address provided.

All prices and invoices include VAT (where applicable) at 17.5%. Children's Items and Helmets are Zero Rated and the price for those excludes VAT.
